The Venue plan covers one venue per account and up to 40 menu items: a private menu editor, bilingual descriptions, a published guest menu and flavor suggestions. Guests do not need an account. Venue managers currently sign in with ChatGPT. This service does not process drink orders, guarantee venue sales, or include POS and stock synchronization.

Price and renewal / 價格與續訂
When live checkout is enabled, the plan is US$49 per venue per month, plus applicable tax displayed by Paddle at checkout. It renews monthly until canceled. No annual commitment, free trial or setup fee is included in this plan. Sandbox checkout is for testing and cannot activate a live guest menu. The final price and billing details must be reviewed in Paddle before purchase.
正式付款啟用後，每店每月 US$49，適用稅額由 Paddle 在結帳顯示。每月自動續訂直到取消；此方案沒有年約、免費試用或建置費。Sandbox 僅為測試，不能開通正式顧客酒單，付款前請確認 Paddle 顯示的價格與週期。
Cancellation and access / 取消與權限
Use Manage / cancel subscription in Venue studio to open Paddle’s customer portal. A scheduled end-of-period cancellation retains publication until the effective date. Past-due, paused, expired or canceled subscriptions cannot publish or serve a paid menu; drafts and export remain accessible to the authenticated owner. Subscription verification outages may temporarily make guest menus unavailable. No uptime guarantee is offered.
可在後台「管理／取消訂閱」開啟 Paddle 客戶入口。期末取消會保留發布權限直到生效日。逾期未付、暫停、到期或已取消時，無法發布或提供付費酒單；登入店主仍可讀取草稿與匯出。訂閱驗證服務中斷可能暫時影響顧客酒單，本方案未提供可用率保證。
Refunds and payment support / 退款與付款支援
Request payment support or a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt, Paddle buyer support, or the service contact above. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not by itself issue a refund. Refund eligibility follows Paddle’s refund policy and applicable mandatory consumer rights. Approved refunds or chargebacks may suspend publication pending review; partial refunds also require review under this initial release. Contact support with your receipt, never your card number.
付款或退款問題可透過 Paddle 收據連結、Paddle 買家支援或上方客服聯絡。取消續訂不會自動退款，退款資格依 Paddle 政策與適用的強制消費者權利。核准退款或拒付後可能暫停公開酒單並進入審查；此初版的部分退款也需審查。聯絡時提供收據，不要提供卡號。
Your menu and responsibilities / 酒單內容與責任
You must be authorized to manage the venue and publish its names, descriptions and recipes. Confirm prices, ingredients, allergens and availability before publishing. Reference cocktail recipes and illustrations are starting points, not verified versions of your menu. You may unpublish at any time. We may restrict misuse, fraudulent payments or unlawful content. Material service or pricing changes will require clear notice before they apply.
你必須有權管理店家及發布其名稱、描述與酒譜。發布前請確認價格、原料、過敏原與供應狀態。參考配方和插畫不是已核實的店家酒單。可隨時下架；濫用、詐欺付款或違法內容可能受限制。重大服務或價格異動須在適用前清楚告知。
Privacy and data / 隱私與資料
We store the platform-provided account identifier, your venue drafts and published snapshots, change history, subscription identifiers/status and acceptance of these terms. Card details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by this app. Only published menu content is exposed to guests. Drafts and billing records are private to the authenticated account. Saved drinks in the free guide remain browser-local. Hosting and payment providers may process technical logs and payment information under their own policies.

Export your menu from Venue studio. For account deletion or correction, contact the service operator above. We retain venue data until deletion is requested; legally required billing and security records may need longer retention. Deletion does not replace subscription cancellation. Research applications and voluntary feedback use the separate policy described in the free guide.
可由後台匯出酒單。帳號刪除與更正請聯絡上方營運者；店家資料保留至提出刪除要求，依法需保存的付款與安全紀錄可能需較長期間。刪除資料不等於取消訂閱；研究申請與自願回饋適用免費圖鑑另列說明。
